How do I choose the right mobility aid or disability equipment?
We offer a wide range of mobility products, including walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and bathroom aids. If you're unsure which item suits your needs, contact our team for a free consultation. We also support NDIS participants and their carers in making informed choices based on their plan goals and functional needs.
Are your mobility products suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Yes. Most of our items, including mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, and shower chairs, are designed for safe use in various environments. Check each product page for specific indoor/outdoor suitability, user weight limits, and terrain compatibility.
Can I buy mobility aids online with my NDIS funding?
Yes! We accept NDIS payments for self-managed and plan-managed participants. Simply choose your items, and we’ll provide a tax invoice for you or your plan manager. We're not yet a registered NDIS provider, so agency-managed funding cannot be used at this time.
Do mobility aids and disability equipment attract GST?
Many of our assistive technology and medical aids are GST-free under ATO rulings. Eligible items will show "GST-free" on the product page. If unsure, feel free to ask—we’re happy to clarify for NDIS plan budgets or tax purposes.
Do you ship disability equipment Australia-wide?
Yes, most items are available for nationwide shipping. Some bulky products, like mobility scooters and power chairs, are only available for purchase and pickup in South Australia due to freight limitations. This is noted on each product page.
