Description

QuikClot EMS 4×4 Dressing is a sterile 4 in. x 4 in. soft white nonwoven hemostatic dressing designed for bleeding control. It contains kaolin and includes an X-ray detectable strip for easy identification during care.

This EMS dressing is applied using the same basic placement method as standard gauze, making it simple to use in fast-moving situations. It is intended for smaller surface bleeding such as head lacerations, nosebleeds, skin tears, bleeding AV fistulas, ruptured varicose veins, and other minor external bleeding.
